Access Hollywood (sorry, not The Scorecard Review) talked to Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the sequel to Twilight ... The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Facinelli reveals new details about the upcoming movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon and talks about who he thinks is the better director, Catherine Hardwicke or Chris Weitz? More importantly, who thinks Facinelli nailed the part of Dr. Carlisle? I thought he was a very weak part in a poor attempt to recreate the fun of the novel.

Peter Facinelli as Dr. Carlisle Cullen: Bad casting. Plain and simple. I never bought Dr. Carlisle as the leader of the Cullen household, or anyone that exudes any charm … and that’s really the point of this character. Score: 3
