News: The Tim Burton directed, Depp starring Dark Shadows has added Johnny Lee Miller, Chloe Moretz and (of course) Helena Bonham Carter to the cast.

Thoughts by TSR: Back in the early '90s, I watched the TV remake of Dark Shadows and fell in love with Barnabas Collins. Depp should have a very easy time filling the role of the broody vampire. I'm just wondering what direction they'll take the film in. The article mentions the film is scripted by Seth Grahame-Smith, best known for the novels Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. I'm really hoping Burton goes kind of tongue in cheek, more in the vein of Ed Wood or Beetlejuice than his more recent, more serious films like Sweeney Todd.
