Tom Cruise and J.J. Abrams back for 'Mission Impossible IV'

Looking for a little Ethan Hunt? Big news in Hollywood as Tom Cruise is set to reprise his role as Ethan Hunt in Mission Impossible IV. Continuing the franchise is J.J. Abrams who directed Mission: Impossible III, but more recently made news with his summer blockbuster Star Trek. A director for the project has yet to be identified, but Abrams and his production company, Bad Robot Productions, will still be heavily involved in the film. The news release has no word on what the fourth installment of the highly successful Mission Impossible franchise will be about, it is supposedly being crafted from a personal idea that Cruise and Abrams brought to the table. “Alias” writers Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec are set to pen the script for a Memorial Day release next year. What do you think? Should they let the franchise die or are you excited for what Cruise and Abrams have in store for the 4th film? For fans of the franchise, which cast members are you hoping to see again? Any big names you’d like to see join the cast as villain or villainess?
