I sat down with Giamatti and Ryan in one pair and director Thomas McCarthy and Alex Shaffer in the other. This was during SXSW and I have to say, Win Win was my favorite film of the festival. The interviews went great and I just kept thinking how much fun Giamatti was to talk with. Yes, this was a bit of a surprise. When the cameras were done rolling, I told Giamatti how much I enjoyed Barney's Version and I told Ryan she better ride off into the sunset with Michael Scott. Good times.
