My Thoughts: Ever since Maximum Overdrive, creepy ice cream trucks make me giddy with morbid joy. So imagine my delight when the Legion trailer opens with an ice cream truck in the middle of nowhere with a quadruped zombie-monster at the helm—I may have even clapped my hands and bounced in my seat (I’ll never tell). It makes me come close to forgiving the massive amounts of scavenging Legion seems to be doing from a half a dozen other horror/action movies, if not more; after Exorcist III, geriatrics scuttling around on the walls and ceiling stopped being that spooky.

At the same time, I’m an absolute sucker for movies with winged characters and if the angels are the bad guys, I’ve already got my seat picked out. I’ll go make the popcorn.

It isn’t against the rules until somebody catches you; if you tattle, I won’t share anymore.
