Film critic Jeff Bayer loves everything! It's a first.! The summer blockbuster Super 8 reminds you of being a kid and is the perfect blend of J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg. Brad Pitt and Sean Penn team up in The Tree of Life and it is worth the effort but will require your concentration. Finally, Beginners starring Ewan McGregor and Christopher Plummer is a beautiful drama about a father who announces he's gay, late in life.
