Bayer: Peter, you play a doctor here, a doctor in “Nurse Jackie,” has any die-hard fan confused you for a real doctor and asked medical advice?
Peter: No, but I can perform surgery in three states, playing two doctors. I’m not going to say which states though. States of delusion ... [laughter]
Bayer: Elizabeth, do you feel like Esme is the nicest vampire ever? Elizabeth: I would say Esme is the nicest ever. I mean, you don’t want to mess with her family, but I think that much love can make someone fierce.
Bayer: Nikki, you get a back story in Eclipse. Did you rub that in a lot during filming? Nikki: No, no. Elizabeth: Yes she did! She was like, “I have to go to rehearsal to do this back story.” [laughter] Peter: You know, they give you these sheets to tell you how many days you’re working. And she’s like, “I’m working three more days than you.” Nikki: No, I actually was a bit confused with how many days I was working.
Bayer: Peter, a lot of F-bombs got through in your speech at the MTV Movie Awards. Did you get a call from an aunt or grandma or anything?
Peter: No. I think if you watched the whole show, it’s hard to be offended by what I did. If you watch my speech out of context, then it’s a bit confusing.
Nikki: He was nervous about it though. He came up after and asked if it was OK.
Peter: And I knew halfway through the show my kids weren’t watching. I think it was when Christina Aguillera’s crouch lit up that I knew my kids weren’t watching.
Bayer: Man/woman, it doesn’t matter. What other character from the Twilight series would you like to play? Peter: I have Edward envy, I think I’ll go with that. If I was ten years younger. Nikki: I don’t know. I kind of want to be a wolf. Peter: Leah? Nikki: No. Peter: Jacob? You could have abs. Nikki: No, Sam … wait, what are you saying? I could have abs? Peter: Six-pack abs. Nikki: You’re just revealing to the world I don’t have abs? Elizabeth: She has some serious abs … [my answer is] Victoria.

What did you eat for breakfast? Elizabeth: pooched eggs, whole wheat toast Peter: eggs, sunny side up, with bacon and some white toast Nikki: I had a lot, I actually had an omelet, and decided to have some potatoes and then toast with avacado, then some fruit.
Favorite place in the world? Elizabeth: Italy Peter: My bed, with my family Nikki: I just spent the last year living in Greece, so that’s my answer.
Private concert, who’s playing? Elizabeth: Jack White Nikki: Oh, yes, we did that!.. Oh, know I don’t mean sorry, we were in our own world, but we did go see Jack White. Elizabeth: In our minds, it was a private concert. Peter: Jeff Buckley
