Looks like a nice weekend out for Tina Fey and Steve Carell. Date Night is the only wide release to hit a couple thousand screens this weekend. I’m expecting Date Night to rule this weekend, but Titans may give it a run for its money.

Clash of the Titans is the only real special effects heavy, blockbuster draw so it’s anyone’s guess as to whether it will dominate again this weekend, but I’m betting it’ll come in with a close number 2. Even though Nick and Morrow didn’t think much of it, that didn’t stop it from dominating last weekend and I wouldn’t be surprised if people haven’t gotten enough of it yet.

How to Train Your Dragon seems like it won’t be affected too much by the new releases. The kid-friendly dragon flick has plenty of fans (including our own Megan Lehar) and considering it’s pretty much the only family-geared movie out there, it’s got a devoted audience.

In fourth, I’m predicting Tyler Perry will take the spot. Although it was on top as early as last week, it doesn’t have a whole lot working for it. I mean, let’s be real, the appeal of Janet Jackson can only take a movie so far.

Rounding out the last, I don’t think Alice is done yet. While it’s been steadily declining, there isn’t much more memorable material to take its place. I predict a low fifth place, but a fifth place nonetheless.

Each week we’ll take a look at the box office and see if we can’t nail the Top 5 films (in correct order).

It’s harder than you think. If you don’t believe, let’s see what your answers are.

My prediction for the weekend of April 9 - 11 …

1. Date Night

2. Clash of the Titans

3. How to Train Your Dragon

4. Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Too?

5. Alice in Wonderland

So what are your Top 5 at the box office this weekend?
