Patrick Swayze died at the age of 57. He starred in many movies, perhaps the most watched of me was Dirty Dancing. I don't wear that like a badge of honor, but it's true. I can remember telling my 7th grade newspaper (they would "spotlight" random students) that my favorite movie was Dirty Dancing. Two days later I realized the correct answer was Tango & Cash, but it was too late.
Think about the list of movies though ... Red Dawn, The Outsiders ...
Road House
Point Break
Heck, "She's Like the Wind" - a song he performed for Dirty Dancing popped up in 500 Days of Summer just this summer.
It's all good stuff.
But most could remember him as a ghost.
