It didn't take a whole lot to see that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 was going to storm theaters again this weekend. After two weekends of release and a major holiday weekend, this one remains a family favorite and probably will for a while.

Tangled was another family friendly outing that had families clamoring for more. Rumored to be one of the last princess films for Disney, Tangled had an impressive opening weekend, but not enough to beat out Harry Potter.

Megamind trailed at number three with some less than impressive numbers but given the time its been on the top five, that's sort of to be expected. Once again, Megamind proves that it pays to corner the 3D market.

In fourth place, Cher and Christina Aguilera made an appearance. Burlesque has been pretty much critically panned, but thank God for women and gay men. I'm speaking from personal experience, although I stayed home while my boyfriend went out to see this one. Evidently, there was enough demand for a divas reunion to secure number four on the top five.

Finally, Unstoppable rounds out the top five. Did anybody else kinda forget that this movie existed? Hell, even as someone who writes about movies regularly, I didn't see this as a serious contender, but here it is at number five.
