District 9 didn't dominate, but take a look at how much is cost to make ... $30 million. That's it. So it's already ahead of the game and well reviewed. Though both myself and Allen only gave it a 6/10. The Goods: Live Hard. Sell Hard. just didn't have enough juice to make it into the top 5, finishing at No. 6. And Disney tried to sell Ponyo as one of their own, but the Anime didn't do it for American audiences, finishing at No. 9.
