Jake's Take on Kristen Bell, Odette Yustman and Jamie Lee Curtis:
When it comes to attending junkets, there is a delicate balance to where you want to be placed too far in the line up for interviews.
If you're one of the first up, often the talent isn't quite warmed up and they'll spend half of the time trying to process your question while still trying to arise from their morning slumber. If you get them right before lunch, you'll get quick and succinct answers just so they can get you out of there. If you get them too far after lunch, then they may be entering that warm nap-wanting mode and may be slowing down.
With You Again, I was the very last of the day -- and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Playful, excited to be finished and incredibly giving, talking with these girls was a treat that was shared because, in the end, they knew the day was finished. It was my first experience with being last and while my flights home normally prevent this from happening on a regular basis, I would never object to being last ever again.
There's something to be said for the power of going home.
