Thoughts by TSR:
I enjoyed the last Stoller/Segel production, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and it looks like they spent some time on this one. It's another romantic comedy, this time about a happy couple who end up prolonging their engagement due to career and family matters. Blunt looks adorable and fun, maybe because she's free to talk in her real voice and not use an accent. On the other hand, Alison Brie looks like she may have fun putting on a British accent. It'll be nice to see how she fares outside Community and Mad Men. I think she has the capacity to be an awesome comedian. Jacki Weaver plays Blunt's mother. I don't know if she's supposed to be Australian (as she is in reality) or the film works off the assumption that Americans can't tell the difference (probably true). She seems formidable after the scary mom she played in Animal Kingdom. I'm feeling really warm and fuzzy about this trailer. Could be a great movie.
