Thoughts by TSR: I want to like this, I love Gordon-Levitt and Shannon, but I keep thinking Quicksilver. The Kevin Bacon bike messenger film from the '80s? This isn't a great association. Overall, the trailer keeps a definite eighties feel. There's a whole montage of bicycle stunts that just looks ridiculous. Maybe it's my viewpoint, but I have a hard time taking bike messengers seriously the way I would take other stunts seriously, like the driving in Drive. The title sounds terrible too. It could be a rejected energy drink name.
I don't hold out a ton of hope, but maybe the actors were attracted by something in the script that isn't revealed in the trailer. Right now, it just looks like a second class action movie. Prove me wrong.
