TRAILER SCORE: 6/10

MY THOUGHTS: Carrie and co. find themselves in the middle of what I assume is a some Arabian desert at the end of this trailer. The challenge of hydration and avoiding mirages must be this film's only conflict, as the teaser makes everything look pretty peachy, as compared to the nuclear "NO!" meltdown from the first Sex and the City movie. Perhaps the four ladies are ex-prisoners of some Al-Qaeda terrorist base, and have broken out thanks to a scenario not unlike Tobey Maguire's forced murdering in Brothers. If that's the case, perhaps the person sacrificed was Jennifer Hudson's awful character from Sex and the City? Now that's entertainment! And it would be pretty spectacular if Hudson pulled that same "the password is 'love'" BS on some top ranking "terrorizers," only to be punished by her captors for being a snitch. Alas. I'm getting carrie-d away.

Just like this teaser, I can make the lame pun, but unlike this preview, I don't have the will to make that mistake twice.

There's enough shots of "fun," "friendship," and "fashion" in this trailer to excite the series' fans. As for offering anything else, nada. Of course this is a teaser, but after watching it and hearing Carrie tell me that "I haven't seen anything yet," I'm not sure what else there is to expect. More drama about closet space, probably. Oh right, and coitus.
