Box Office Challenge: 'Kung Fu Panda 2' 'The Hangover Part II' and 'Pirates'

Hitting the screens this weekend ...
The Hangover Part II Kung Fu Panda 2
TSR's complete Film Review Database
It's a big weekend for sequels and... well, nothing else. Two box-office heavy hitters return for more, but the question is, who will reign supreme?
My guess is Kung Fu Panda 2, Not only does it have the distinct advantage of a family-friendly PG rating, but with 3D to boot? This one might be hard to beat.
The Hangover Part II may have screwed itself out of a number one spot with its R rating and opening the same weekend as Kung Fu Panda 2. Still, it's hard to feel too bad for Bradley Cooper and the other gentlemen of the film, who are guaranteed cult status at the very worst.
Pirates despite the less than staggering reviews, may have the strong winds to keep it in teh top five. After such a huge opening, it's hard to imagine Captain jack is going anywhere, whether the critics like it or not.
Bridesmaids on the other hand, has the critical buzz, but doesn't seem to have the fans to keep it alive much longer. It's a shame for the lovely comediennes of the film, but this could very well be their last weekend in the top five, depending on what next weekend has to offer.
Finally, Thor proves that even Gods can do. The comic book flick has had its time in the sun, but it may be time to say farewell to the God of thunder. I'd predicting a last place finish for this one.
