Kirk Cameron, box office star. Whoever had that in your office pool from 1987, congrats, it's time for your co-workers to finally pay up. Fireproof is Cameron's latest film that is closely tied to religion. It was only released on 839 screens which means Cameron's film had BY FAR the highest per screen average of the top 5.
Eagle Eye did what it was supposed to do, and LaBeuof will continue to get starring roles because of it. I just hope he doesn't simply continue with the action genre. He's got a small role in New York, I Love You, which is an ensemble flick about a certain city, then it's back to big action with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, which was orginially titled Transformers: Rise of the Fallen.

So that means a reader beat the staff for the second week in a row. We are going back to the drawing board, taking one day at a time and never giving up. We'll also use any other cliche we can think of to get a victory at our own game. Sigh. I got to just rub some dirt on it and walk it off.
