• The Lonely Island put out a new album this week featuring some good songs from SNL like "The Creep" and "Motherlover". This week they premiered a new one featuring Michael Bolton. It's kind of great.

• Death Cab For Cutie also have a new album coming out, this time at the end of this month. Their first video for "Home Is a Fire" is co-directed by Shepherd Fairey. The song sounds like a departure for the band. A little bit Postal Service and a little... something else. I'll be interested to hear the album.

• The most recent episode of "Between Two Ferns" came out three months ago but I'm apparently way behind. It's good, but I miss the old days when the guests didn't know what was going on.
