There is only one place to interview the cast and crew of The Hangover ... Las Vegas.

This is the second time I sat down with Todd Phillips. The first was for School for Scoundrels, which I have to admit ... I didn't love. But Phillips is back with The Hangover ... and who knows, maybe a sequel to Old School.
The first time we talked, you spoke about a script being a blueprint for a comedy, is that still the case?
Yeah, it was, because I blueprint is a jumping off point. You have to leave room, especially in a comedy to let it take it's own life. The script is a living, breathing organism.
Do you have a couple of moments you specially remember being improvised? Or a second or third take that really stands out?
When Zach (Galifianakis) is jerking off the baby, no one sat down and wrote ... Exterior, Caesar's pool, day ... You don't think of that sitting at home at your computer. That's the thing that just comes from the vibe.
When we talked last, Old School Dos was still in the works, you told me you'd written 55 pages.
We finished it. We got it in to Dreamworks, and then Dreamworks got sold, and all this shuffling happened. Honestly, where it is now is in the hands of Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn and if they want to do it.
Mike Tyson, was he always a must? Or did that just happen?
He was my goal from day one. I was just surprised at how much he understood the comedy, the joke of it. He understood we weren't making fun of him, he understood it was a playful thing. And he was so funny on set, he just came to play.
