This week on Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider the film critics review “Due Date,” “Megamind 3D” and “Fair Game.” Both critics agree that “Due Date” isn’t as funny as we all wanted it to be. Snider has a soft spot for Will Ferrell and that pushed him over the top with “Megamind,” while Bayer thinks it has a middle hour that will bore. “Fair Game” stars Naomi Watts and Sean Penn and Bayer loved it, saying it’s unofficially one of his Top 5 of the year. Snider couldn’t agree to that extent. Pitch Me was played with an anime film re-teaming Clint Eastwood and Hilary Swank. “Like” our Facebook page (go to facebook.com/MovieBSpdx) and give us your Top 5 most anticipated movies until the end of the year. Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider
Jeff Bayer and Eric D. Snider are movie critics, but not the stuffy, elitist kind. They’re not the idiotic fanboy kind either. So what kind of movie critics are they? The kind with an Internet radio show, that’s what.
“Movie B.S.” features reviews of new films both good and bad, smackdowns of the bad movies of yesteryear, and a plethora of other movie-related features. All of it is tied together by cavalier banter between Bayer and Snider, who noticed that there was a dearth of cavalier banter on the Internet and sought to rectify that.
