Episode 16 - Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider - 'Inception' and a new game
Good news, everyone! “Inception,” which Eric and Jeff both had pegged as their most-anticipated film of the summer, turned out to be fantastic. They talk about it — spoiler-free — in this week’s Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider. They also discuss “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” which is reasonably fun family entertainment, and “The Kids Are All Right,” which is good but not for the whole family. Then there’s a new game, SwitchFix; discussion of the QOTW (most disappointing films), and a new QOTW for next week: What were your favorite books as a kid (’cause “Ramona and Beezus” is coming out)? About the show …
Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider
Jeff Bayer and Eric D. Snider are movie critics, but not the stuffy, elitist kind. They’re not the idiotic fanboy kind either. So what kind of movie critics are they? The kind with an Internet radio show, that’s what.
“Movie B.S.” features reviews of new films both good and bad, smackdowns of the bad movies of yesteryear, and a plethora of other movie-related features. All of it is tied together by cavalier banter between Bayer and Snider, who noticed that there was a dearth of cavalier banter on the Internet and sought to rectify that.
