50.80% MERLY STREEP – JULIE & JULIA, IT’S COMPLICATED, FANTASTIC MR. FOX 17.50% AMY ADAMS – SUNSHINE CLEANING, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 2, MOONLIGHT SERENADE 14.30% SANDRA BULLOCK – ALL ABOUT STEVE, BLIND SIDE, THE PROPOSAL 11.90% EMILY BLUNT – THE YOUNG VICTORIA, SUNSHINE CLEANING 4.80% MARION COTILLARD – NINE, PUBLIC ENEMIES 0.80% MEGAN FOX – JENNIFER’S BODY, TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN

Final Thoughts: Streep and nothing but the Streep. Meryl Streep didn't win an Oscar, but she did capture Actress of the Year for her entire body of work in 2009. Sure It's Complicated will be forgotten, but her strong showing in Julie & Julia and Fantastic Mr. Fox were plenty for her to trounce the competition. Funny, I forgot to list Julie & Julia for the second place finisher Amy Adams, who had a bit of an upset. After all, isn't this the year of Bullock? Yet, there she sits in third place. Most importantly, look at the typo that everyone failed to mention to me. MERLY. Really?
