Neeson, Cooper might get Biel, Copley in A-Team

I love it when a cast comes together … Get it? See what I did there? I changed the classic line “I love it when a plan comes together,” and I made it revelant for the article I am writing … sigh, moving on.

The A-Team cast is shaping up nicely.

We have Liam Neeson as John “Hannibal” Smith, the role made famous by George Peppard.

Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) will play Face.

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson’s ready for the gold chains as Sgt. “B.A.” Baracus, played by Mr. T in the series.

And now Variety.com reports that Jessica Biel and Sharlto Copley (District 9) are in final talks for the film.

Biel would play Face’s ex-girlfriend. Copley would be helicopter pilot Capt. “Howling Mad” Murdock.

The TV show was all about four wrongly convicted veterans escaping from prison, walking the Earth and doing good deeds that involved blowing things up. No word on a release date.
